However, due to the nature of the advice we offer people, namely of a metaphysical or intangible, we must ensure that you have an understanding of and agree to the following terms below.

You 19 years of age or over to purchase readings. You expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for whatever action you choose to take regarding the information given to you in your readings. Under no circumstances is ISRC to be held liable for any consequential, incidental or direct damages suffered in the course of your use or misuse of on reliance upon readings and/or services.

We reserve the right to deny access to the ISRC services to you without notice if, in the opinion of ISRC, you have not complied with our terms and conditions, or fail to qualify for access to the ISRC Service. ISRC may refuse any of its services, change the qualifications for use of ISRC services and/or terminate this Agreement with anyone at any time, in our sole discretion.

We accept e-check, credit cards online, money order, certified check, traveler check, or wire transfer. We do not accept personal checks.

You acknowledge that ISRC is providing access to Internet payment processors as a service to you, and that your relationship with them is separate and independent from, and outside the control of, ISRC. We are only responsible for payment collections and refunds through Internet payment processors. We are neither involved in, nor responsible for, any disputes on credit cards or bank accounts acceptance by them.

Although psychic readings can be helpful and informative, no guarantee can be given as to their accuracy. Therefore, all readings (intuitive soul spirit guide and numerology consults) are final and non-refundable once they are processed and delivered.

You agree that we reserve the right to cancel or decline a reading service to anyone whom we determine is a minor (under 19 years of age) and/or in the opinion of ISRC, where you are unprepared to receive sensitive information at the time of the order.

If you fail to cancel before 6 hours within the day before the appointment, you will be charged for the full service.

ISRC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to relevancy or quality of information and does not assume and hereby disclaims any liability to any person or entity for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental or consequential) caused in regard to any information and or any suggestion's or advice provided to you through this service by ISRC, or as a result of your use of this service, regardless of whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.

Health and or medical related advice given by Psychic Essie should be checked out by a licensed medical professional before being acted upon. Advice of a legal, financial or psychological nature should also be checked out by the appropriate trained and licensed authority. You recognize and accept the risk associated with communicating by Internet e-mail, including (but without limitation) the lack of security, unreliability of delivery and possible loss of confidentiality and privilege. Unless you request in writing or verbally that ISRC does not communicate by Internet email, we accept no responsibility or liability in respect of risk associated with its use.

Domestic and International copyright laws protect the entire contents of the Site. You are not allowed to modify, publish, copy, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit, in whole or in part, any material on the Site. This may include but not limited to: text, graphics and code except copying that occurs in the ordinary course of browsing the Internet and personal copies of Web Site information that you make for your personal use including for your own records.
