We are pleased that you have chosen to use our services at Intuitive Soul Readings & Consultation (ISRC). We are committed to offering you the best service. To maximize your experience at ISRC, we need to understand each other and work as a team. However, due to the nature of the advice we offer people, namely of a metaphysical or intangible, we must ensure that you have an understanding of and agree to the following terms below.

Ordering Intuitive Soul Readings
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase readings. You expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for whatever action you choose to take regarding the information given to you in your readings. Under no circumstances is ISRC to be held liable for any consequential, incidental or direct damages suffered in the course of your use or misuse of on reliance upon readings and/or services.

Ordering Gift Certificates
PayPal gift certificates are used online and only online transactions. Use PayPal to both purchase and redeem Psychic Reading Gift Certificates. If you are new to PayPal, it only takes a minute to register. If purchasing a Psychic Reading Gift Certificate, you can register for PayPal during the payment process, or if redeeming a certificate, just select PayPal to pay for your item and then sign up for an account while you pay.

Gift certificates are available online only. They are not cash redeemable and are non-refundable. Available in the denominations of $40, $90 or $180.

Psychic Reading Gift Certificates are redeemable when you make your next order for any psychic consulting at www.Intuitive-Soul.com. They can be used toward ordering intuitive soul readings for in person, email, phone, or mail. At the final PayPal checkout screen, simply enter the Gift Certificate Number to your paypal payment on the check payment details page.

User Limitation and Restriction
We reserve the right to deny access to the ISRC services to you without notice if, in the opinion of ISRC, you have not complied with our terms and conditions, or fail to qualify for access to the ISRC Service. ISRC may refuse any of its services, change the qualifications for use of ISRC services and/or terminate this Agreement with anyone at any time, in our sole discretion.

Payment Policy
We accept e-check, credit cards online, money order, certified check, traveler check, or wire transfer. We do not accept personal checks.

You acknowledge that ISRC is providing access to Internet payment processors as a service to you, and that your relationship with them is separate and independent from, and outside the control of, ISRC. We are only responsible for payment collections and refunds through Internet payment processors. We are neither involved in, nor responsible for, any disputes on credit cards or bank accounts acceptance by them.

Refund Policy
Although psychic intuitive soul readings can be helpful and informative, no guarantee can be given as to their accuracy. Therefore, consulting fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
You agree that we reserve the right to cancel or decline a reading service to anyone whom we determine is a minor (under 18 years of age) and/or in the opinion of ISRC, where you are unprepared to receive sensitive information at the time of the order.
Should a reading be canceled or declined, and you have already completed payment, a refund will be made.

If you choose to cancel telephone appointments, please have the courtesy to notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

For all pre-paid readings, if you fail to notify us of cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for the full service.

Rights, Obligations and Disclaimers
ISRC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to relevancy or quality of information and does not assume and hereby disclaims any liability to any person or entity for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental or consequential) caused in regard to any information and or any suggestion's or advice provided to you through this service by ISRC, or as a result of your use of this service, regardless of whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.

Health and or medical related advice given by Psychic Essie should be checked out by a licensed medical professional before being acted upon. Advice of a legal, financial or psychological nature should also be checked out by the appropriate trained and licensed authority. If you do not agree to these terms, please exit Intuitive-Soul.com and seek counsel elsewhere.

You recognize and accept the risk associated with communicating by Internet e-mail, including (but without limitation) the lack of security, unreliability of delivery and possible loss of confidentiality and privilege. Unless you request in writing or verbally that ISRC does not communicate by Internet email, we accept no responsibility or liability in respect of risk associated with its use.
