We have made every effort to make our web store very easy to use and, at the same time, provide you with all the information and suggestions that you may need to make the right choices. Should you have any general sales and service inquires, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section at the left-hand column. We usually get the same questions that have already been answered before such as how to order readings, what to expect in a reading, payment methods, and more. If you still cannot find the answer you are looking for, or have questions regarding your order or other inquiries about the website, then email us. We normally reply to customer email inquiries as promptly as possible.

Our website can handle all credit card payments. To book online, simply select your choice of Reading and click on the "PayPal or Credit Card" button. Our online automated system will guide you on how to make payment using a credit card and book your psychic reading with Essie. Alternatively, you can choose to pay by using Interac Email Money Transfer or HyperWALLET which offers much lower transaction fee and therefore resulting in much lower final price. Just click on the appropriate link and follow the instructions for payment.

Note: Effective July 26, 2009, face-to-face psychic reading is not offered except for of 5 or more persons. Alternatively, email psychic readings are still available.
