2. Send payment via PayPal.
3. Submit an online Order Form to us.

For phone psychic consultation, you must pre-pay online, email us your Order Form and arrange your available time for a phone psychic appointment. Read "Q4: Can I ask 1 or more extra psychic questions?" in Phone Reading.

Be sure to attach in your mail the filled out Order Form with your payment. Make certified cheque, travelers cheque, bank draft or money order payable to Imelda Tan. Sorry, no personal and post-dated cheques.

Gift certificates are available and sold online only. Give a Psychic Reading Gift Certificate and let your friend or family member receiving the gift choose how to spend your gift at Intuitive-Soul.com. Available in the denominations of $40, $90 or $180.

Ordering online Psychic Reading Gift Certificates through PayPal is simple:
1. JSelect the denomination that you wish to send to your friends and/or relatives at:

   Pet Psychic Reading
   
2. Scroll down the page and click on the "buy e-gift certificate" button. You will be guided to make payment followed by filling out the recipient's email address and your personal messages for the recipient's gift certificate.
3. You're done! An automated email will then be sent to the recipient with a gift certificate redemption code. Another automated email will be sent to you as a receipt of the purchase. The person receiving the gift certificate can then visit www.Intuitive-Soul.com and redeem their voucher at any time and use it in anyway they wish (up to the value of the gift certificate).

Gift certificates are redeemable online only.

Redeeming online Gift Certificates is super easy:

2. At the final PayPal checkout screen, enter the gift certificate number which you have received as a gift in your email to your paypal payment on the check payment details page.

Although Intuitive Soul Readings can be helpful and informative, no guarantee can be given as to their accuracy. Therefore consulting fees are final and non-refundable.

You agree that we reserve the right to cancel or decline a reading service to anyone whom we determine is a minor (under 18 years of age) and/or in the opinion of ISRC, where you are unprepared to receive sensitive information at the time of the order.

Should a reading be canceled or declined, and you have already completed payment, a refund will be made.

If you choose to cancel telephone appointments, please have the courtesy to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you have pre-paid a reading and fail to notify us of cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for the full service.

We accept e-check, credit cards online, money order, certified cheque, traveler cheque, or wire transfer. We do not accept personal cheques.

You acknowledge that ISRC is providing access to Internet payment processors as a service to you, and that your relationship with them is separate and independent from, and outside the control of, ISRC. We are only responsible for payment collections and refunds through Internet payment processors. We are neither involved in, nor responsible for, any disputes on credit cards or bank accounts acceptance by them.

You must be 18 years and older to purchase psychic readings. You expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for whatever action you choose to take regarding the information given to you in your readings. Under no circumstances is ISRC to be held liable for any consequential, incidental or direct damages suffered in the course of your use or misuse of on reliance upon readings and/or services.

When you make payment and order our service online, we will assume you have already read and agree to our  terms of service.

For faster service, pay online via PayPal.com(external link) with your Credit Card or Electronic Banking cheque. By mail, we accept certified cheques, travelers cheques and money orders made payable to Imelda Tan. We also accept Wire Transfer.

It is a California based company independent from ISRC that provide Internet payment processor. For faster service, we recommend clients pay online via PayPal(external link). Orders are processed during our normal business hours. However, it is not uncommon for orders to be processed outside these hours and on weekends. We will contact and inform you by email when to expect your reading delivery. Your reading could be delayed if there is a problem in your payment or you fail to complete your Order Form.

For mail-delivery, the amount of time it would take to receive it will depend on regular postal mail service. All mails are sent out via Canada Post.

We will make reasonable efforts to process orders in a timely manner. We will print or email it out within 24 hours of completion.

We understand that Intuitive Soul Psychic Readings can help in any situation for anyone at any age group. However, due to the sensitive nature of this work and as we cannot get approval from guardians or parents, we cannot and will not read for minors under age of 18.

Rarely. We may run special promotions exclusively for members who are on our e-mailing list. We don't have a set schedule as to when they would take place. So it's just a matter of luck for members as they come up.
