Some of our keen-eyed regular customers may have noticed the minor increase in our service fees. In order to maintain our high quality services and low prices, starting from April 15th, 2010, our service fees will include a very little sum for PayPal fee of payment processing.
PayPal has always charged us 2.9% plus 29 cents of the total transaction amount for the payment processing fee. In the past, we have been paying the fees on our clients' behalf. However, since we have stopped accepting cash payment after our office move last summer, all of our payments transactions are coming through PayPal. As a result, the accumulative processing fees are becoming a bit overbearing especially on those popular demanded services where the prices have remained unchanged for over 5 years now. To help us win the struggle of our small margin, we decide to readjust all the service fees slightly just enough to cover the PayPal processing fees.
