Change of Email Subscription Management   Bookmark and Share

Since 2007, we have been using Feedburner as our remote host to provide RSS Feed and Email subscriptions to our subscribers to stay in touch with our latest news updates. We notice that Feedburner has not be able to properly register a few of our new subscribers as supposed to be.

What is makes it more challenging is that we cannot re-send verification emails from our end to our new applicants to remind them complete their registration process. As a result, we have several unregistered applicants who thought they have subscribed for email notifications but instead never did. The Feedburner's automated system never send out their verification emails in the first place. Since we are using their free hosting service, we get very limited tech support on this matter. It is becoming very frustrating for us.

Alternatively, we decide to stop using Feedburner Email Subscription. In fact, we do not want to be bothered with any third party remote hosting newsletter company any more. Instead, we will use the old fashion method of sending out e-newsletters directly from our trustworthy PC which is far more reliable than using remote hosting services.

For existing subscribers, you do not need to do anything. We will import your email addresses to our new mailing list. Also, note that your future e-newsletters will appear slightly different from before. Instead of receiving an email notification of each news posted on our RSS Feed, you will only receive 1 email with a collective of all relevant latest news. This keeps your mailbox less cluttered.

If you prefer receiving notifications right away on every new postings, then we suggest you sign up for our RSS Feed and use your Feed Reader to follow on our day-to-day updates. The RSS Feed url for Vancouver Psychic News is:
