Tue, Wed, & Fri: 1 - 5pm PT

Even though customer service hours are 3 days a week, we still check and reply to customer email inquiries as promptly as possible.

For email readings, the delivery time for most readings are expected to be at least 2 weeks. However, it is not unusual that Essie processes and delivers them during off hours.
