Apparently, our news automated subscription system has not been working. I don't know when it started but I guess it must have happened since the website was upgraded on August as there were many significant changes done to the site's internal links and codings. The changes to our news feed coding resulted in our subscribers having to not be able to receive any emails of our current news as well as view our rss feed. That really defeats the whole purpose of signing up for our e-newsletters and we're sorry for the mishap.
Unfortunately, no one ever reported the problem to us so we were unaware until today. The problem is now resolved.
Rest assured all subscribers' contact information remains intact in our database. You do not need to re-subscribe to our email subscription or change our rss feed url link. You should be able to start receiving our e-newsletters once again beginning this latest news.
Since we have been releasing numerous updates from August until to date, and if you have not been visiting our site lately, please refer to our news section for a complete news updates. There have been several important fees and service changes implemented since August 2009.
