Our website was down since last midnight and did not come back online until just 2 hours ago. That's more than half a day being offline. Needless to say, we are very frustrated with our web host providers because of the increased frequencies of server downtime and glitches since they upgraded their server at the beginning of this month. In our years of dealing with them, this is the first time we encountered so much problems and delays from them. So we're trying our best to be understanding but our patience is starting to run low. 
They have promised us that after this incident, we should experience quiet and calm weather for a very long time. Let's keep our fingers crossed on this one now.
