Apparently, the security codes that were implemented in our website had been preventing all legitimate Internet Explorer viewers from accessing our website. What happens is that whenever an IE viewer logs into our website, our security system would automatically identify him as a hacker or spambot and bar him from accessing our website by sending him to a looped Google web page.
Unfortunately, we were not aware of this bug until a friend recently notified us. The issue has been fixed since. The bug is actually very easy to fix. Unfortunately, no one in our team caught it sooner since we do not use IE to view online.
