After spending over 3 weeks of re-designing and re-coding from scratch, we proudly present to you our new ISRC website (5th version). Several new changes have been made based on our customers' feedback.
Update Web Content
We have updated our information to maintain content relevancy. Web pages or sections that were least visited were removed while some are being moved. For instance, we've updated our
terms of services and
faq documents.
In the 4th version, we got overly zealous with installing many different content management programs to help us manage our web content. Over time we realized these gadgets only add more confusion to our guests as to what services we are exactly offering. Now, we have taken the time to re-organize out documents to make it obvious that this website is about offering psychic services and information.
As a result of some documents being moved around or deleted, some of the old links you have bookmarked as your favorites may no longer work. Please refer to our
sitemap to locate the page you are looking for.
Easy Site Navigation
Some people felt that the previous version had too many menu links making it challenging for them to patiently find the web page they are looking for. So in this version, we have cut down and simplified our main menu links to 6. The sub links of the main categories are located at the left column. The least viewed but still important web links are arranged neatly at the footer area instead. New in this site is the inclusion of a
sitemap and the search feature on top of each page for guests to search for keywords within our psychic website or within google.
Consistent Web Template Layout
As in all the previous, we always build a template to provide a consistent web page layout. However, in the 4th version, because we implemented several different programs to run the site, it was not always feasible for us to streamline our web layout throughout the different web section. So, in the 5th version, we consolidated several of our documents into using one program instead of multiple. For rest of the documents that must be run by independent programs, we took the time to edit and test our template across the different programs. The Chinese translated documents of our psychic services are moved to our English main site.
Our website is currently browser friendly in Mozilla FireFox v2 and Interent Explorer v7.
RSS Feed Subscription
New in the 5th version is the capability for guests to now subscribe certain section of our site by rss or xml format. This is an added new subscription option for those who prefer to receive email notifications of our new updates such as our articles, blogs or even our latest news at their favorite rss feed reader such as Yahoo!, AOL, Google and so forth. The above mentioned are just a few of the major changes we've implemented in our 5th version. There are more but they are too technical to be listed and described here. You will simply have to discover yourself as you navigate the site. We hope you will find the new website more user friendly and easy to navigate.
