FAQ: Psychic Readings by Phone
Q1: How to order a phone consultation?
After you complete your payment online, you will be directed to submit an Order Form and book a phone reservation.
Q2: Do you charge per minute for phone consultation?
We do not charge per minute or second. That is why our clients will have to pay upfront online before setting up the appointment.
Q3: What if my reading goes overtime?
You will be asked to pay overtime before we proceed. This can be done very quickly by topping money online the same way you placed your order with us the first time.
Q4: Can I use Yahoo or Skype chat for phone consultation?
Yes. After completing the payment online, let us know which day and time you prefer we phone you through Yahoo or Skype. We do not have msn account for chat.
Q5: Can Essie speak another language besides English?
Essie is fluent in English, Mandarin, Fukien dialect, and simple Cantonese dialect. Please specify your language preference on the Order Form.
Q6: Do I still need to submit the Order Form?
Yes. It is our policy to review and evaluate our clients' psychic oracle questions prior to deciding whether to take on the case or not. This also help us cut down our interview time and allows Essie to get to the core issues. If we feel your oracle questions are vague, we may advise you to rephrase them. If we feel that your concerns are beyond our scope of practice or that you are simply not ready for this type of service, we will honestly advise you to seek outside help and refund your money.
Q7: How to fill out the Order Form for Phone Reading?
You must fill out your name, age, psychic questions and your phone number.
Under the Additional Information, write down your available time and the day that you would like to have your psychic phone appointment. Specify your timezone if applicable and your phone number (including area code) where we can reach you.
Q8: What to prepare on the day of the appointment?
Stay calm and relaxed on the day of the appointment. Take a few deep breaths before you phone in. You might want to have a pen and a piece of paper handy in case you want to jot down some notes during the reading for future reference. You may also audio record the conversation if you wish to.
Q9: Can I change or cancel my scheduled appointment?
Yes. You can change it yourself with our online Appointment Scheduler.
If you fail to cancel before 6 hours within the day before the appointment, you will be charged for the full service.
