In case anyone is having trouble purchasing quality paper money (that are used for making dharma boat), you could try contacting Grace at Vancouver, Canada. She sells wholesale items for True Buddha students not limited to paper money. Some of you may have already known her from seeing her advertisements at the Purple Lotus Light's Enlightenment magazine.

Here is her new website: http://lotusbuddha.net/

She also provides shipping delivery if you wish to purchase bulk items such as Buddha statues, thangkas, shrines, malas, and other accessories. She is very friendly and has been serving True Buddha School students for many years. Check out her website for more information or contact her by phone.

Remember to keep chanting Grand Master Lu's heart mantra as you fold each paper. Very important. Don't forget it! Otherwise, the boat won't be empowered.

Materials:
Scissors,
Bamboo BBQ Sticks,
Craft Glue,
Square shaped paper money,
Red, white or 5 colored thread.
material

1. Fold sheet up into half.

2. Fold the half up into quater half.

3. Fold both corners into triangles.

4. Keep folding inward until it becomes a half triangle. Then you've finished folding a triangle. This is the building block of the dharma boat.

5. Take 2 triangles and attach one to the other by the pockets.

6. Repeat step 1-5 until you have enough triangles to form a dharma boat.

7. For every 5 triangle pieces, connect them into a stack. Use the stacks to form the front of the boat as illustrated. Use craft glue to stable the curve shape of the front and back of the boat.

8. The rest of the boat accessories is up to your own creativity.
